Two hours ago a heavily armed Brotherhood of Chaos anti-aircraft cruiser appeared off NovrdLisch and shot down a C-27J Spartan on routine training. Eight Osprey II strike fighters were scrambled, each armed with six AGM-89C SHARK anti-radiation missiles. They roared in a low level, four aircraft rippling off their missiles towards the vessel's radar array and another two firing their missiles in general purpose mode, one attacking the bridge and the other striking the engine compartments. The remaining two aircraft then rolled in and strafed the gun crews with cannon fire.

The Saltwater Navy sent out the SWS Echo, in the company of a minesweeper and two torpedo boats. The SWS Echo's RSD.1 Nemesis drone was sent ahead on reconnaissance duty, where it spotted a strange sight: a white flag was being raised on the cruiser's bow. A RIB from the SWS Echo went ahead with the First Officer on board and confirmed that the ship's captain wanted to surrender. He was taken aboard the SWS Echo and explained his situation to the Echo's captain.

He and his crew were defecting to the allies. They were tired off the poor living conditions and were doubtful of the Chaos cause. After interrogation they told the Echo's captain that the Brotherhood of Chaos were not receiving orders from any command base, but from a yacht moored in a harbour in one of the allied countries. Which country it was in they did not know.

Our Peregrines just shot down the bomber. Unfortunately its nuclear bomb detonated as it fell, destroying one of the attacking fighters.

A yacht just outside our territorial waters was detected and a helicopter despatched to intercept it. This helicopter was shot down so a fighter that was standing by destroyed it with a laser guided bomb.
