How do I do it on iPad mini?

I play on pc and I keep getting "the aircraft failed to download. please check your internet connection and try again" when i want to load someone elses planes or "the request failed, please make sure you have internet access and try again" when i want to sign in to post my own planes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing worked so far

If on ios press the menu button in the designer and press share aircraft

just make sure t sign in
