Well the doctor is as incompetent as ever, not realizing that where we are is where the United States would be in our dimension. Nonetheless, we are still picking up signs of radiation at the coordinates he gave us. The scanners are working overtime right now, but it’s nothing the reactor can’t handle. We finally got that running again, if it can stay in one piece when using the jump drive, then it can handle the scanners.

We’ve been away from our allies for a while now. No reports have come in about any mishaps so we keep searching for the uranium mine. We think it might be under water, it concerns Captain Essen because that means the Brotherhood of Chaos must be defending it with submersibles. We found another nation the other night, the locals say that they have never seen a ship like ours before. The government there said that they have heard of us and allowed us to moor there for a bit to rest. Essen didn’t wish to stay very long, he talked to the locals about uranium mines in the area and they lead us to this spot, out in the middle of the sea. Radiation levels are high but there is no signs of a mine nearby. Perhaps this was an old nuclear test site, that would be amusing. Essen has ordered everyone to put on protective suits before walking out on the flight deck, the radiation is that bad. Whatever happened here, it isn’t good.

The Deutschland has gone through a lot in the past few months and she can go through a lot more. Another, small, local nation has fired warning shots at us the other day. Well, we think they were warnings. Anyway, scanners show that they are following us. The Captain has ordered a round-the-clock security watch.

We fired back yesterday. It sent the locals running back to their sad little island. However, we hacked into their systems and discovered that they had sold weapons to the Brotherhood of Chaos. Apparently they made the nukes with the intention of expanding their economy and to defy some treaty made with another nation. We’ll sail back to Dark Bastion and decide what to do from there.

I'll take that as a yes then. The hostile nation doesn't have much in the way of a military. They should surrender once they see the fleet outside their port. I'll have a report by the end of the week.
@CaptainEssen that small country is causing everyone in this archipelago problems by selling goods to the BoC. The CR will contribute 3 typhoon-class DCS ships
(DCS-Disguised-Combat-ships).
They have orders to stand-by. they have the exact-same markings of three other ships, that the small nation is expecting.

Perhaps there is, but a uranium deposit can have plenty of military applications too.

We can send a task force and the Deutschland will accompany it. We can occupy the BoC-aligned nation. Then we can use the Thunderer to find the uranium. I think this is a reasonable course of action if everyone agrees. I wouldn't wish to start another major war.
