The USW detected a message from a subsidiary of the BoC called the Blood Reapers, calling their units to move in. One hour later a minesweeper off NovrdLisch intercepted and rammed a midget submarine. A warning went out to all allied nations.
.
The SWS Carisbrooke raised her defensive shield over NovrdLisch. Four manned torpedoes were detected, one being sunk by a torpedo boat, two were destroyed by S-3 Viking anti-submarine aircraft and one was found beached and abandoned on an uninhabited island.
.
The Conegsreich Republic sent out three Genesis-class destroyers and sunk four vessels. A fifth struck a rocky outcrop and, to the allies horror, detonated in a nuclear blast.
.
The carrier Deutschland took off and claimed five midget craft destroyed, one of which detonated.
.
Destroyers from the United States of Warburg destroyed three vessels. Another rammed a fishing trawler, destroying it. A fifth penetrated the defences around Snowstone and rammed a destroyer, sinking it in the nuclear blast. Fortunately the high cliffs deflected the blast, preventing further damage.
.
From these attacks it is evident that the Blood Reapers possess nuclear armed suicide craft and the means of deploying them. It is imperative that we sink all of their "mothership" submarines before they can do anymore damage. Six torpedo boats, four minesweepers, two New Albany-class frigates, a Vengeance-class aircraft cruiser and a Devastator-class destroyer have deployed to hunt them down. From the numbers of craft in the attack we know that at least five submarines are in operation.
.
Allied Losses:
One minesweeper damaged.
One destroyer sunk.
230 killed.
.
Blood Reaper Losses:
Twenty midget submarines destroyed.
Twenty killed.
.
Civilian Losses:
One trawler sunk.
Five killed.

@Jim1the1Squid
They are somewhere inside a triangle formed by NovrdLisch, Snowstone and Krakabola. We have S-3 Viking anti-submarine aircraft on patrol. All our aircraft carriers are in port so they are safe from this threat. At the moment the largest Saltwater Navy ship at sea is the SWS Endeavour, a Vengeance-class aircraft cruiser.
@Jim1the1Squid
Ok, looking forward to it.
IDK when, probably later today...
@Jim1the1Squid
Ìf you don't mind me asking, when do you expect this report to be posted?
@Jim1the1Squid
As am I. I'm in my last compulsory year, but will probably continue.
Ahh...
Well, if I were in England, I would be in secondary school, and almost done, as I'm 15.
@Jim1the1Squid
Primary is 4-11 year olds and secondary is 12-16 (or 12-18 if you choose to).
@Jim1the1Squid
I believe secondary school combines middle and high school.
@TheFantasticTyphoon Yeah, sorry, got a bit sidetracked with schoolwork. It's not very easy being a sophomore in high school...
Wait, so elementary here in the US is Primary school over there, middle school is secondary school, what is high school?
@TheFantasticTyphoon doing good, he still comes to school I talk to him today.
@methirasoysa123
The only type of aircraft were have a requirement for is an Osprey II replacement.
@MTakach
Where is Essen? I haven't heard from him for several days.
.
@Jim1the1Squid
How's that report coming along?
@Jim1the1Squid close to illinois
@MTakach No idea. Somewhere here in the US, like Tornado Alley?
@CaptainEssen
@Jim1the1Squid
@TheFantasticTyphoon
I live in the land where you could have summer, winter, spring, fall, a tornado, and a heat advisory all in one day.
(guess where )
Yup, and I live in the US, the land of coffee and Mr. Trump
@Jim1the1Squid
I live in England, the land of tea and Her Majesty The Queen.
Heh, it's barely 10:41 here on the West Coast.
@Jim1the1Squid
Ok, I'll probably see it tomorrow as I go to bed in three hours.
Stupid timezones...
Yes, I will. Give me a few RL hours, and I should have it.
@Jim1the1Squid
Do you want to write the combat report on the submarine hunt this time?
@Jim1the1Squid
Judging by the oil slick the vessel was diesel-electric. If each submarine carried four manned torpedoes then there would be five submarines. Four to go...
Any traces of nuclear power?
@Jim1the1Squid
Alert: A submarine was just destroyed 45 miles from NovrdLisch by a pair of S-3 Vikings.
Our Short Hartlepools are also maintaining watch.
