It is considered block/ban evasion even if the account is older than his main.
Ok, gotta love it when a mod thinks you’re evading a block by owning an account that’s older than the account blocked.

The ban is most likely permanent. He's pirated the game, evaded blocks, and spammed the forums. People who have done things like that often are banned for life. Also, I think you would be able to see his profile (albeit with a banned icon) if it was not permanent.

Spamming is one thing but pirating the game is a complete other matter, still I hope he's allowed another chance eventually.
