I have plenty of friends who have economic issues and they have made a few mistakes. Yes pirating the game is illegal, but Jim was kind and had some good ideas, I consider him a friend. When the ban is over I'll talk to him about helping him fix his mistake but until then I just wish he wouldn't continue to try and avoid the ban, it just makes things worse for him.
Unfortunately Jim1the1Squid has been permanently banned after repeatedly breaking the rules.
After much deliberation between the entire moderation team we made the decision after he deliberately broke the rules multiple times, even after being warned that doing so would lead to greater consequences.
While we are understanding of his possible real life struggles outside of this website, and wish him the best in that regard, this is no excuse for his actions.
