Hi SimplePlanes community.
I am writing this because I want to point something out (and just because I want to, so shut up). I seem to have noticed that aircraft (or anything else) that has been made for a challenge generally seem to have less attention than posts that haven't been made for a challenge. (A NON-BIAS example: My LAI AP-29 vs my LAI DL-90 'Swiftfire')
Who else agrees with me on this?
@Brields95 @CruzerBlade @Minecraftpoweer
yeah... I'm just dumb... :3
So there could be multiple reasons.
1: people check the entries = more exposure.
2: when the challenge is over people see the results and if they think 1 plane looks interesting they'll then check it out, also = more exposure.
I mean my villager fire truck i put for a challenge got just as much doots as i expected it would be considering i put less-than-average effort into it
I've experienced the opposite
@CRJ900Pilot
Yeah, I guess that makes sense...
(I just don't say anything about the challenge in my posts, only the successor thing says that it's a successor of a challenge)
It all depends on the aircraft, the screenshots taken, and when the craft is posted. Users who put “CHALLENGE ENTRY” before builds usually reduce upvotes too
@Noname918181
hmmmm... 🤔
I agree, this sh!t also happens with rp aircraft
