(EDIT: I have worked it out now)
Hello again Simpleplanes community.
Now I was wondering, why not have a GIF or a short video in my profile description? But no, I can't because I don't know how to do it (this isn't a rant...)
Could somebody please tell me how it's done because I have seen it before so I know it can be done
@spefyjerbf
Ok, thanks. But I did manage to do it on my profile bio
Looks like another user already answered it pretty well. I'll add by saying that there are many online video-to-gif converters out there, so you can even make your own gifs. Here is the online converter that I use.
@Danisito014
Ok, Rodger that :3
@Danisito014
Well you have to make a new post using the respected image
(or I could either make a tutorial video or make a forums post for you with a step-by-step made of images?)
@Danisito014
Ok, well you need to use a site like 'Imgur' or something similar first
@Danisito014
Ok, are using an image uploading site like 'Imgur'?
@Danisito014
Yes.
(just trying to help out a fellow community member just so you know :3)
@ND40X no I already know how to do it
@Danisito014
Yep, if you can
@Danisito014
could you maybe put in a comment as to what exactly you are typing?
(if you know what I mean)
@Noname918181
Oh, my bad. :3
Yeah, you take off the 's'
Ummm, its the "s", not the "h"
So it becomes "http"
@Armyguy1534
Then I'm not too sure, but I guess you still need to take the 'h' off in the 'https'
(just experiment and search up other SP forum posts about images in the description if you want)
@Danisito014
What you do is in the description or wherever, you type ![](image link)
You need to have something like .jpg or .png at the end of the url.
If you really want me too, I should be able to make a video showing you how to do it
@ND40X I use postimage
@Armyguy1534
If this is what you meant, you do ![video link](video link with .jpg)
If you use imgur, in the second link, cut the 'h' in 'https' off
@ND40X same thing
@Noname918181
NVM, I worked it out :3
@Noname918181
I know how to do images, but I'm talking about GIF's (those short, looped videos?)
