The fleets met east of Wright, with a Republic submarine torpedoing and severely damaging the SWS Euryalus dispite being detected by the Euryalus's patrolling Black Hawk helicopter.

Aircraft from the carriers SWS Defence, CRS Commodore and FRS Vogul and the aircraft cruisers SAC Sabre, SAC Lancer, SAC Archer and SWS Meteor attacked the Ravager Republic fleet, sinking two cruisers and two destroyers. RF-44 Angelcats also damaged a heavy cruiser or battleship.

At this point the Alliance's "big gun" warships closed in. A flotilla consisting of the SWS Cavalier, SWS Eagle, FRS Hunter, FRS Raven, SNS Clarksville and CRS Drew made a pincer movement on the enemy force, cutting off their escape. A RSD.1 Nemesis drone identified targets, which the surface vessels destroyed with missiles. The SWS Cavalier also contributed her railguns to the fight. After 40 minutes another two cruisers and a destroyer were sunk and a heavy cruiser damaged.

In the confusion a Republic destroyer made a dash at the carrier segment of the Alliance fleet, firing a barrage of missiles as it went, striking the SNS Azalia and SAC Beserker. The EHV Defender was also struck and later sunk. The SWS Carisbrooke was quick to raise her electronic jamming bubble to shield the fleet, the Ravager Republic destroyer being picked off by the GNS Heiler.

In the closing stages of the battle the SWS Yarborough located and torpedoed the Ravager submarine, sinking it.

The last two Ravager Republic units were last spotted by a Short Hartlepool heading north towards New SimpleLandia. The Saltwater Navy has deployed the SWS Endeavour, SWS Invincible, eight Scorpion-class torpedo boats and two Archer-class minesweepers to hunt them down.

I will make the quick announcement now to everyone here so everyone can prepare for it. I've discussed this with MTakach already and have decided that with the sudden increase of RP members and the direction my Rift storyline is going we are creating a Discord server. It's not ready yet but will be soon, perhaps within the next month, I already got roles and a general idea of who the admins will be. I'll make an official announcement when it's complete.

That too. We also have a Terminator-E attack helicopter and a Black Hawk troop transport standing by to land marines on the islet.
