Well if you want to copy me remember this. The story of a fictional plane is as important as the plane itself. A lacking story can hurt as much as a design fault and I try to make them pop. As for the design of the aircraft, find a style that A: you like, & B: works well. Ever notice how virtually every aircraft I build is a twin-boom design? Because that's a style I like that works.
