The Monument-class cruiser is a class of twenty-eight heavily armed cruisers built for the Saltwater and Parshian navies. They feature vertically launched cruise missiles and rotating surface to air missile launchers. They are also equipped with nine 12" cannons as well as torpedoes.
Note: This build is actively trying to kill my device, despite it having a reasonable part count. Let's hope the community also thinks of it as murderously good!

It is mod-less as well. The main guns are actually wing guns XML-modded for extra size and firepower.
