Invasion preparations

The Sesqetchian Unity Rebellion (S.U.R.) has begun moving forces towards the Sesqetchian border in preparation of invading It. Theirs goals are most likely to push for the capital and attempt to get Sesqetchia to surrender. In response Ossetian and Kinoran troops are currently being moved towards the border and civilians are being evacuated. Currently Sesqetchia is being controlled Jointly by Ossetia, Kinora and Novo and there wore plans to hand over full control to Sesqetchia but the threat of the SUR will most likely delay these plans to the disapproval of the civilians.

Factory complex bombardment
After surveillance from Corlrandan and Kinoran spy aircraft, the decision has been made to attack the massive factory complex that is producing a sizeable portion of the SUR’s ammunition. And orbital strike from the Opeus 2 was ruled out due to operating costs and the threat of the SUR targeting it. It has been decided to take control of a small nearby airfield with para troopers which will allow supplies to be flown in. After this a full assault will begin with ground based siege cannons bombarding the factories defences allowing troops to push through and attack the factories directly. Heavy defences are expected due to the factories importance. Before reinforcements can fully arrive any and all supplies will be gathered and loaded Into transport containers. the factories will be burnt to the ground and a hasty retreat will begin with hundreds of Vanguard drop ships picking up troops and supplies and flying them to safety. Some other alternatives to this plane included bombing the factories from the air but this was ruled out as the main factories are built underground.
