First thing is recording your .gif.
After that, upload it to a site like imgur (really, any image hosting site) and then you need to copy and paste this into the description:
! [alt text] (link.gif)
Alt text appears if the file doesn't work. The link should have the actual link, and the .gif is the file type. You need to have it. .jpg is used for images.
Remove spaces.
