This will be my entry to Mustang51's 1945-1950 Naval Aviation Challenge
By far it seems that this is the biggest and the only unarmed entry of that challenge.
This is the Kawanishi H11K Soku ("Blue Sky") heavy transport flying boat. Since it is possible to unload its cargo by directly going ashore, you can probably say it's a flying landing craft.
The plane is set to be approved by December 1945, and probably enter mass production by 1946, when it would probably be named "Type 6 Large Flying Boat". Of course, due to Japan's surrender in September 1945, this never happened. Only a wooden model (well, the plane is planned to be made by wood anyway) was completed.

By the way Mustang51, it is okay to have unarmed planes as long as it is indeed naval (and fit your other criteria) right?
Epic! Tag me!
This looks awesome! And yes it’s totally okay, they don’t have to be armed at all
