Its Impossible (In My Opinion)

You cannot hit the missile launchers from Wright Airport with the cannon.

Reasons:
-Too high of a trajectory.
There is a point where gravity stops working and if you shoot too high you will go into "space".
-Need A Steep Angle
This supports the statement above because the ice base is facing away from wright airport.
-Cant do without XML modding
XML isn't a factor really its just needed
I have tried a 20 degree angle with XML thing at 1469.8 and it is as close as I can get.

@SpeedDemon348 apply the same speed and trajectory and you will get the same result

Gravity continues to work, however the air becomes thinner as you gain altitude, reducing friction and allowing parts to continue to fly for far longer

@jamesPLANESii ah yeah air resistance. i was thinking more irl but that would be suuuuper high altitude anyway haha

No gravity is the same at all altitudes. If you see: to be slowing down slower, it’s probably because you’re not going straight up. It’s also probably because you’re going so fast, it’s like your not slowing down, but you’re slowing down at the same rate as you would be at sea level. There’s also no air so that’s not slowing you down. @F4f879 @SpeedDemon348

@SpeedDemon348 If you're talking about the projectile trajectory line disappearing after a certain point of aiming upwards. It's because the projectiles have a lifespan and despawn after 60 seconds or so IIRC.

@asteroidbook345 There's an inherent difference in hitting a target the size of a city, and hitting a target the size of a trailer home.

@SpeedDemon348 the effect of gravity is still there, it is just much lower at extreme altitudes (just like irl)

You can calculate if you're persistent enough.

    Gravity works at all altitudes.
