Around 3-4 and 7-9 is when I'm usually on the west coast
I'm on inconsistently, but it always seems busiest around late evening for me (around 2200-0100 GMT). This corresponds roughly with the afternoon and workplaces/schools finishing up in the US and Canada, so it makes sense to me on a basic level
