Hello SimplePlanes community

So I want a really simple Designer mod that has a runway that is either the same or the same scale as the runways in-game.

For example, if you look at FranticMatty's most recent SP videos, he has a designer with a desert runway and I'm assuming that it's not a public mod. So because I'm not talented enough, could someone with mod-making experience maybe make something like this?
