Right, so after completing the H11K Soku (and immediately got outdated because 1.9 came out), I have been experimenting a few things with the new technologies that came with 1.9.
So I decided to re-make one of my earliest creations, the P. 1102/5Z, from the days that I couldn't even make a cockpit. The most important changes are:
1. instrument panel with 1.9 technology
Now it has speed, altitude, compass, artificial horizon, fuel amount, vertical speed, flap position and more. There's also overspeed warning (sound), ground proximity warning (made with a piston, I don't know how to make lights work) and fuel amount warning (same as ground proximity) It would also have my standard "tub cockpit" with flight stick and pedals. The gauges are arranged in accordance with the real life Me 262, but obviously the engine panels would be changed since this is a tri-engine plane.
2. Swing wing and cannon with 1.9 technology
The reason why I chose this aircraft to remake. The original 1102 was made with manual swing wing, but with the new inputs and math I am able to make it work with IAS while still having a manual switch for ground operation. Also the new cannon part made the 55mm MK112 much more realistic.
3. Remade fuselage and landing gear.
The custom (kind of) landing gear is corrected according to WOWP rendering, and the plane now has zero control surface flap and custom wings. I made a "pedulumruder" horizontal stablizer to improve the abyssmal maneuverbility from the original aircraft.
4. Updated livery
The fin flash of Republic of China is now correctly made, and it will have a ROCAF marine livery when finished.
I also plan to remake the following aircrafts but this is going to take a while:
Me 262Z HGIII, I-215DZ and finally H11K Soku.
