The JPR-1 Dragon was the first Racer built after the Almost-nuclear war. Due to a high reasons for a peace treaty, all countries remaining after this crisis declared that no war will solve political matters such as imports and exports. Oceana and Old-Japan brought out a ideal way to resolve matters... races. As stupid as the idea was at first, it really became a grand idea for true peace among the countries. Thus the first developed Racer in 2073 was a colabiration between Old-Japan and Oceana.

Now:

after it’s first successful flight and test race, a rival country has decided to release its new design to the public,
There are rumors that this racer is smaller and possibly faster than the JPR-1Dragon.

Side note: it is much smaller, I’ll have to scale everything up if I want to make it look good next to the JPR-1 Dragon
