So a few days ago I figured I'd try and get back into SP now that I am no longer trying to hold together a Discord server. A few ideas came to mind but then settled on an aircraft based on a WW2 British aircraft design I stumbled upon.
So I got to work on the fuselage and tried to get the wings how they are in the picture but decided to just use a more traditional layout. I still need to work out a name but this will certainly be a British heavy fighter. I'll add images of it later when I have access to it.
Edit: I may classify it as an attack aircraft depending on what the end result is.
@CaptainEssen What picture?
@MTakach Over Discord, perhaps. I'm not sure it will load right now.
@CaptainEssen huh, could I see It? (via DM)
@MTakach
I realized that while making the cockpit I had unintentional created my first custom cockpit view.
@BlackhattAircraft I think it's clearly not a Wellington in the picture. I only called it the Wellington project because it was the first thing to come to mind. It most certainly needs a new name.
I thi, wha. I need to sit down.
Ummmmmmmm
If you stumbled apon a Wellington looking for WW2 British bombers, you definitely didn't search very deep lol
I might change it to an attacker.
they are working.
It looks...interesting.
@TheFantasticTyphoon I think I fixed the image.
@TheFantasticTyphoon
if you look up the miles m.39b libellula it should come up with it. Or that's what it is I should say.
@CaptainEssen
Can you give me a link to the picture?
@TheFantasticTyphoon
hm, strange. I can see it so I have no clue.
@CaptainEssen
No
Are you not able to see the picture? @TheFantasticTyphoon
@CaptainEssen
Oh, ok.
What's the design that you found?
@TheFantasticTyphoon
I just called it the Wellington project for lack of a better name, I'm not actually making a Wellington.
The Wellington is a medium bomber, not a heavy fighter.
