How do I implement a funky tree code into a part?

How do I do it so I can let like, the wings flex upwards when reaching a certain TAS. Anybody know how?

    Maybe you could make the input for the hinge rotator v>(target speed for wing flex). But that is to make it work above a specific speed. To make the rotator work below a specific speed, use v<(speed). Yeah, I’m not sure if this is going to work, but I guess it’s worth a shot...
