@CrashFighter05 can't you make this more complex as well like 1.5 on, 2 off, 0.5 on, 3 off and just make a pattern like that?
In The xml settings for the beacon light, under BeaconLight, set designerBlinkProgram to Quick Blink. Then, set the blinkProgram to 1.5 This will make the light go on for 1.5 seconds, then off for 1.5 seconds
