Help with scaled engine

2,174 Random40  4.8 years ago

So I’m working on a fighter aircraft and I want to hide a scaled engine inside the fake engine (it has a fake radial engine inside the engine bay). The problem is that whenever I throttle up the propeller jumps forward and looks like it is not attached to anything. I’m not sure what causes this or how to fix it. Any help would be nice. Thanks!

@Noname918181 actually I did another test and found out that it only happens with reversed engines... So basically I still need help. Sorry for the confusion.

@belugasub I did a test and found out that this effect is normal for this type of engine. Thanks for offering to help though!

@Random40 did you disable mass on the propeller?

@belugasub yeah disabling collisions didn’t really help.
Just so you know, the actual engine is above the cowling. I moved it up to make it visible. I will make an unlisted post and tag you if you can check it out later. Thanks!

Try to disable collisions. It’s hard to see the problem with those pictures.

If you want I can take a look in 9 hours?
