Could need some help here

Ahoi all, I hope you are all having a great week.
I am currently racking my brain to build a rather unconventional design, yet I'm having issues keeping it airborne. Perhaps some of you big brained pros would be able to give some advice to a simple lad.

Bear in mind that so far, I have not xml modded any parts. Would be cool to keep it as vanilla as possible, but I will do as I must.

I will edit this post with screenshots once I'm back on my PC.

The Idea is a ground attacker inspired by the asymmetrical design of the BV 141. With the main cockpit in the main fuselage and a cannon along with a defensive turret in a nacelle to the port side.
To make this design even more of a pain in the butt, I opted for an engine pod over the main fuselage (simmilar to a Supermarine Walrus or a HE162) with a twin prop push-pull configuration.

My main issues are as following
1: The turning momentum of the plane on takeoff is an utter nightmare, with the plane constantly turning to the port side.
2: The plane sinks like a stone. It can fly with an airspawn, the nose drops to the ground
3: Finding a balance of lift is hard. As with the BV141, the horizontal stabilizers are also asymmetical, with the starboard side having the stabiliser and control surface. In level flight, the starboard side has more lift, but as soon as I hit the elevator, the port side yanks up.

In Joystick mode, the plane is flyable, but all characteristics are referring to basic keyboard flying.

Perhaps there ae some IRL physics missing in this game which enabled the real BV141 to handle better, but that is why I am asking for your support.

Have a great day and #StayEpic
