Some questions about Rotator.

Recently, I found some problems that I couldn't solve while using Rotate. Regardless of the type of Rotator, I was annoyed to find that when Rotator is connected to other components and rotates, there is no friction. No matter how I use XML to adjust, there is no way to make Rotator rotate the component normally. I hope someone can tell me what should I do to make Rotator drive the component to rotate normally and accurately? (P.S.: I've tried adjusting the quality and collision, it's useless.)My game version is 1.8

    Maybe make the part that's being rotated mass scale = 0?
