No one is gonna see your builds if they don't see you, be active in the sp community, make some friends, comment on others builds, join a discord server etc. Making friends will also help you with:
Building
Ask other players how to build stuff like fuselage wings, how to do paneling, and how to come up with good aircraft ideas.
