Yes, this virus is bad, yes it CAN kill you. Yes it probably WONT kill you. Every dang person is talking about it, if people would just realize it’s not really that bad and the media is being a big influence. Basically just like chill, and I know people want to miss school but why, we need it and think about what’s to come. This is just another “Vietnam War” or another “Crisis” and we will get through it. Please, stop posting about it on SP, I know it’s ironic that I’m saying not to while Im posting about it but please. Just keep it out of this community.

While I agree with you, this is the only outlet for some people to discuss it. What I mean is the only outlet they feel safe or comfortable to discuss it.

In general, try to keep news stuff of of SP unless it's related to aircraft. I think a lot of come here so we don't have to here about a bunch of news being blasted in our face by a bunch on different news outlets and just appreciate airplanes/cars/tanks/etc.

Agree with the part about over posting in sp forums but otherwise, dude, No. Dying isnt the main issue here. The more problematic part is the spreading. You might not die from covid 19 if you have a healthy immune system, but you sure as hell will transmit the virus to some other people if you dont quarantine yourself properly. And with schools and other large gatherings of teenagers, they are bound to act tough and not abide by the health codes and make a mockery of it. Its necessary at this point to go into a lockdown if the infected reach a certain percentage of the total population of a locality. The media's insanity is 100% valid rn as its a supervirus that multiplies quickly, there is no way of saying that covid 19 wont evolve again to while in human bodies to adapt and become more harmful. Thinking "we will get through it" is a dumb way of thinking about it. Yeah we probably will, but being cautious will make sure that less people are lost in the process.
