I have a solution for your car engine torque problems!

If you are like me, you have wanted to make something like a rock crawler or other offroader, but you cant get enough torque without you going a billion mph at top speed. I have a solution, however. First, you set your engine power incredibly high (5000-15000 should cut it) with xml modding, and then select your resizable wheel and set the maxAngularVelocity setting low (below 100, even lower for bigger wheels) using xml as well. Do this for all of your wheels, or simply duplicate the one you have, and you will be set with incredible low-end torque without ludicrous top speeds. As an example, I was able to climb the pyramid in maywar with no trouble at all. Feel free to use this technique, no need to give me credit. Happy crawling!

@CruzerBlade just tweak the engine input like 1 and -1 to something like 0.4 and -0.1 if your engine got a 1000 hp I dunno
