The RWN have been scared of the Federal Halcyon navy for a very long time, so to reduce this fear, the RWN ordered a a lot more shops to it's fleet. Including of which is a new class of ships, battleships, that can carry aircraft (BBCVs). There's currently one ship of the class serving the navy, with another one being built.
