Cannon Damage

45 IDoStuffTho  4.7 years ago

It seems that cannons set to "Basic" instead of "Explosive" do no damage, might be a local issue but I don't know at this point. I tried restarting the game, installing new cannons and Basic slugs do 0 damage, sometimes they don't even impact the target, even when the barrel is nearly touching it.

@IDoStuffTho Atleast with explosive, it probably because the angle of impact, if you were to aim basic round into the ground it would ricocheted, i have tried it using my tank and it always counse damage, the damage source (i have found out) is from the velocity of the bullet, the faster the bullet the quicker you can desteoy your target, it still works for me

Technically and factually in this game bigger the caliber bigger the damage, i have a set of subassembly that have cannon ranged in exact 5-20 inch and its really-really handy

Do you have the cannon in "no collide... Whatever the name is" set on true?

Higher velocity and bigger caliber = more damage.
