I built this thing in Kerbal Space Program about a year ago and I’ve been wanting to build it in SP for a while now. It’s an all electric propeller driven aircraft that I sent to explore the planet of Eve which is the KSP version of Venus. It features two contra rotating propellers that allow the aircraft to pull itself though the thick atmosphere of Eve and 4 deployable solar panels to take advantage of Eve’s close proximity to Kerbol (the sun).
@TrislandianAlliance I know how to do that, I mean once act 1 is turned of it stays in place and doesn’t spin back to its original position. It needs to be like this so the engine can be turned of and on.
@Aarons123 i think you could find it on the forums, how to make your rotator to only turn one way and not the other
@vcharng I’m gonna use a scaled down wing anyway so it shouldn’t matter, and the vertical stabiliser was supposed to be bigger anyway but that was the smallest wing available in KSP
@TrislandianAlliance I intend it to be electric though I’m having issues spinning the propeller, I need the rotator it’s on to spin on act 1 and not spin backwards once act 1 is off but I couldn’t figure out a way as funkytrees is to confusing. So I’m probably gonna have to use a dirty combustion engine unless I figure out another way
Vertical stablizer is probably too small for SP physics...
Sure thing, make sure its electric too in sp or Randomusername will not like it
What ever you want lol
Sure
