Logo is listed in the press kit so it is very likely fine to use under fair use. And it is most likely copyrighted. Like 99.99% chance
Probably because it is copyrighted material. If yiu haven't noticed, at the bottom of every page here, it says "(C) Copyright 2019. All Rights Reserved."
