But if you tag the same user multiple times, that is known as spamming.
Ex: @Gameboi14 @Gameboi14 @Gameboi14 @Gameboi14 @Gameboi14 @Gameboi14
I got 3 notifications from the same person (me) since you can only tag 3 at a time
