So, I'm just using a ground vehicle... When I turn on Air-to-air targeting I see the TutorialPlane so I think, "Wow! Nice to see another plane flying!". But then I notice that the plane keeps trying to kamikaze into my vehicle. Is this normal? Do TutorialPlanes try to kamikaze into you?

Note that what i said is only true when the AI is in Agressive, if its on Normal state it will not kamikaze you until you got a message that the ai has detected a missile lock when you target the AI with missile, after it show that message the effect is irreversible
All planes in SP will kamikaze even with the biggest and laziest plane you have, they will not do kamikaze, its trying to shoot you if you're a ground target and will go around to strafe back when its altitude is less than 0.1km 0.1miles and 0.1nm im not sure relative to your altitude, say you're in the water 6 feet high then that plane will not go near that 0.1 point added with your altitude

There is a jet that sounds like a rocket pod and tries to kill me but just hits the tarmac and I used an airliner when the AI bomber rammed me
The plane is definitely spawned in as an aggressive ai, and even tho it doesn't have weapons, it will form attack runs on you, potentially crashing into your craft

@Gameboi14 he says that a tutorial plane spawns in so he can't change the behavior.
TutorialPlanes don't do this to me, infact they are extremely peaceful, while the twin prop does crazy attempts to kill me so it might just be that AI could have different AI programming for airplanes that are randomly selected.
Is aggressive mode on?
I don't know I have seen a couple planes flying around with this AI. such as the twin prop it has this sorta destructive behaviour. So maybe it's just that some people will have some planes do that, I don't know why.
