How does it work and how do I do it?
I saw some planes with activation groups for G-forces to the pilot....
Does it have some effects on screen like blacking out when turning hardly ?

No. Basically you can use G Force as your input, so if you’re pulling say 3 Gs, the input is 3.
That’s super simplified, there’s an entire thing called funky trees, but I recommend looking at the change log for the update.
