Is it just me, or does canceling an upload while it’s still uploading still take away from your daily post limit?

@JustDatGuy The most frustating and infuriatin thing is that when you have bad internet connection it sometimes like make the exact copy of the same build, and that also takes away upload limit
@Strucker Yeah... I was uploading something that was ready, but then I hit cancel cuz the picture sucked and it still posted!
Eh, I make sure to post something unlisted if I’m unsure if it’s ready or not. Though sometimes for me, it doesn't cancel at all.
