Sometimes orbit view locks up ingame and the camera can't move. I only know of this glitch happening to the normal orbit view, not sure if orbit cameras have the same problem too

Try zoming in and out, it sometimes happen in touchscreen, notably when your game is lagging, it will happen more frequently when its lagging
