Exactly what it says.
There recently have been alot of progress in customized interactive cockpit. (not just looks good, actually works) And some of the skilled lads and lasses here...just woooow. And with alot of futuristic builds that are VTOL, I find having to switch to chase camera to land since my own aircraft have very poor frontal and no down visibility (Ooops) .
THE POINT! So the idea is of a screen, resizable like a rectangular fuselage block, linked with a camera somewhere on your aircraft, that display what the camera is seeing as if you are in that camera view.

That's some fine idea, i think the way to create that is having two cameras rendering at the same time, the one watching the block screen and the one rendering what it sees and on that screen bobk. It may cost (lag) to having them working at the same time but yes possible with modding i´m sure.
