So I've finally found the motivation to finish the boat I'm working on.

Is there a code that makes the rotator cycle up/down and scale progressively from 1° to a maximum of 15° when the wind speed is at 15mph up to 50mph?

This is to simulate waves when the boat starts sailing like what I did on my old sailboat but this one should be automatic and scales with the wind speed.
