[Mod Help] Any new mods I make no longer appear in SimplePlanes.

After exporting my finished mod and starting up SP in the mod list I do not see any new mods that have been exported. yet they are in the mod folder.
Unity version 5.3.1f1. personnel
SP version 1.3.4

    Mods are not supported on IOS and Android versions of SimplePlanes after the 1.9 update.
