Build is not finished

Hello, fellow people.
So I've been working on a little something something that is actually quite exciting.

A tow truck. Yes you might not think it's that exciting yet but stay with me here.

So number 1 problem with flatbed towtrucks in sp... the winch.. how are you supposed to use it? you don't have a human to position it...

What this is, is basically a grappling hook, but very functional and reliable too.
The purpose of this is so that you can have an actual working winch that you can aim and shoot, then boom now your hook is attached where you want it.

Note that it is not finished and this is just how the winch system looks right now during prototype phase

And as functionality is number 1 for me....

the extending flatbed can easily carry more weight than the entire truck!
