It kinda looks like the mark down formatting posts looks like a regular forum post as it is right now, and it would be nice if it were more obvious that it is pinned rather than just a thing at the start of the title that says [PINNED].

Maybe if it were a slightly different colour and maybe had a header at the top of the thing that said “pinned threads” and then under that a header for “regular threads” for normal forum posts. This is what the BeamNG.drive forum does and it looks way better in my opinion. It will also Encourage more posts to be pinned and stuff without the page getting messy.
