How do i host a multiplayer sever me and my bro want to play but don't know how to, please help us.

the main servers (157.7.205.136) are infested with trolls and crappy people, I really don't know how to host a server either.
I'm not sure how to host one myself but if you are looking for a server to play on I use this one 157.7.205.136 , just input the IP under Server IP: in the multiplayer menu to connect. It's almost always online
