So I've mentioned before that I want to create a 'cinematic' trailer video for an upcoming project, but I think I need some more tips.

To give you an idea, here's an example: Video

I was mainly just thinking of: What software to record with and edit with, how to get all these shots in the game, stuff like that.

I know about the free-cam mod, but that has its own issues I found, like showing the zoom distance when you change the zoom with the camera activated.

And so far, I haven't seemed to find a recording software that doesn't show things like your mouse cursor.

So if you have tips, advice, recommendations, that sort of stuff, please let me know.
