How to activate something to deactivate something

If you want to shoot a salvo, set the reload time of the second gun to zero, it might cause shell kissing

@JustDatGuy I am trying to make a ship that shoot salvos. I don't want to deactivate the other gun. I want to use this so I can make a reload timer but thanks for suggesting
Assign it to an activation group. Then tap that activation group’s number to turn that stuff on/off.
