I think it should be fine. There are plenty of builds from the game Wolfenstein I’ve made that haven’t got taken down. Then again, they didn’t have swastikas...

you know the swastika before the Nazis existed was actually a good luck symbol in Buddhism. The Nazis sought to it as a symbol of Aryan supremacy and the destruction of any other races they underlooked, after the Nazis were gone it went back to being what it was before in Buddhism, but, people still believed it as something bad because, of course, the Nazis used it. In conclusion, saying that's its "Bad" and "Offensive" is ok, but remember, the swastika was NOT a Nazi created symbol, but a Nazi USED symbol.
Don't use offensive symbols, unless they are necessary for historical accuracy (ie - Swastikas should only be used on things like a WW2 German Bomber).

So question yourself, look at unmade concepts from Germany during WW2, and then ask yourself “could this have been a real concept”. So, just be careful but if it’s pretty obvious it could’ve been part of WW2 then you’ll be fine to add it
