I need a group of VTOL nozzles for the main exhaust, another one for a additional engine which is controlled by a activation group.

No, I don’t think so. Your best bet is to have standard engines scaled down.
Maybe you can attach an extra one on a rotator and put Activate×× for input so they will point at 180° opposite direction and cancel out each other. Until you activate airgroup.
