Help me with suspension plz

201 M4g1sh  4.3 years ago

I tried to build a push-rod suspension on my off road chasis but I find a big problem. the camber changes when the spring is compressed, but otherwise it does not work, no matter how I try.
You can see it on screenshots:

Well that's interesting..., If it was SLA Double wishbone then it was quite normal as the upper wishbone is shorter pulling the tire to a camber, but for a pushrod... That is new

@M4g1sh perhaps something is unintentionally connected to a some part somewhere?

@An2k unfortunately nothing works, I tried a lot of ways, but none of them worked. I'm already tired so I don't want to work on it. but the idea and implementation attempts were good

Hard to imagine for me ...but try connecting the top control bar (the one connecting to push rod) to the upper wishbone or the lower wishbone instead of connecting to the kingpin(the hub near the wheels)
like this one on this..picturelink----->clickylink pushrod on picture the pushrod is connected to the lower wishbone

Do say if it solved it or otherwise ...ive been trying studying this stuff as well
