The next day, The Blackhawk helicopters were starting their engines and a couple of Anima that were chosen for the mission had their planes risen out of the hangars. According to intel, Teal was captured and shipped away on a convoy. However to cause confusion, multiple convoys were sent in different directions. Marble was attached to the catapult, ready for take-off. He was going to hack into the convoys radio transmission and figure out which one was holding Teal. United Aeronautic M60 strike fighters will take out any resistance. The Blackhawk helicopters will wipe out the trucks and pick up Teal while the Anima fighters provide air cover. Marble, Skye, Phantom, and Eagle take off, followed by the strike fighters and then the helicopter squad.

Phantom went to his patrol position and waited for any changes. Eagle and Skye led the strike fighter in low over the desert sand to avoid being detected by radar. Marble disappeared into the clouds and began looking for the right convoy. Marble began listening in on the convoy radio transmissions until finally hearing.

Unknown Captor: Shut it, prisoner!

Marble marked the convoy and reported in.

Marble: Large Convoy found, heavy defense, multiple trucks. Sending location data now.

Marble broadcast the location to the strike team and the Helicopter unit. He turned away before he got spotted.

Skye: Roger that Marble-chan, Zero 5 engaging!

Eagle: Zero 1, engaging

Bernkastel Squadron: Bernkastels, engaging

Eagle popped over the dunes and dropped all his guided munitions over the convoy. The trucks tried to scatter but some were destroyed. The UA strike fighters followed with missile attacks and carpet bombing. And Skye came in last with a low cannon run.



The anti-air tanks became active and fired upon the strike team. Two M60's were downed,one struck a pyramid, both pilots died. Eagle dodged the crossfire and Skye only took minor hits. The second part of the mission was successful despite minor losses.

The helicopter squadron came in and launch a barrage of rockets against the undefended trucks. Debris flew past them as they came in low. Fire and smoke raged as the choppers landed. Teal ran from one of the burning trucks and climbed inside.

Phantom: Warning, two contacts! Intruder F-35 Super types, closing fast from the Northeast.

The F-35's closed in the helicopters and fired. One of the helicopters fired their defensive missiles back, but it missed. A missile closed in on Teal's helicopter, but one of the escort helicopters put itself in front of the missile path and took the hit, giving Teal's Blackhawk a chance to escape. The doomed helicopter spiraled down into the sand, killing everyone on board.

Phantom, Eagle and Skye raced up to intercept. But Marble had beaten them to the prize, claiming one of the Intruders. Skye then fired on the last one, it exploding completely.

Eagle: Another contact approaching fast. It's an F-22, but its human-piloted?

Phantom: It's him again!

Trigger dived from the clouds and began pursuing Skye. She led him in low, moving back and forth to prevent a lock. Phantom dived after him with Eagle following behind.

Skye: Someone get him off me please! I can't evade him forever!

Phantom: * I got him locked up!*

Skye: He is disengaging, thanks Phantom-kun

Eagle: Phantom careful, he is not a normal ace!

Phantom continued the turn-fight, passing by Trigger in multiple merges. Phantom finally got his gunsight on him and fired. The bullets struck only the edge of his wing, not affecting him harshly and continued the pursuit. Trigger pulled a kulbit and got behind Phantom, making him go defensive.

Phantom: This guy is crazy! Get this Psycho off my tail!

Eagle: I won't get there in time!

Skye: Hold out as long as you can, I'm on my way

Phantom: Crap, he is fast! Hurry up!

Phantom saw the F-22's gun barrel get closer to his plane. They were matching move for move. Finally, Trigger got the lock and was ready to fire when...

Marble: Zero 6, engaging. Phantom-san, lead him to me.

Phantom: Roger Marble-kun

Eagle: Marble don't! You are not armed for Air Defense!

Disregarding Eagle's order. Marble faced Trigger head-on. Phantom disengaged and got out of the way. Marble and Trigger continued to head straight towards each other at high speed, neither of them changing course.
They merged. For a split second, Marble saw Trigger looking at him. They stared at each other face to face before starting combat.

The fight was on even terms, just like when Teal faced him. The turned passed each other and went for head-on attacks after looping around for another shot. Trigger broke the pattern and dived for the deck, Marble continued to pursue. Then he shot back up, accelerating into the clouds. Marble pulled him into his H.U.D and fired a missile. Trigger hid in a cloud but the missile chased right after him. Trigger engaged in multiple Post-stall maneuvers. The missile engaged its H.I.M.A.T ability and followed suit. The chase went on for a few more seconds before the missile struck Trigger's F-22. It got fire and was breaking up as it went down. Trigger ejected safely before the F-22 exploded.

Skye: Good Kill, Marble-chan!

Phantom: Well shoot, the youngest member just shot down a legend

Eagle: Risky.....Alright mission complete, RTB everyone

However, Marble circled where Trigger had ejected. He was still parachuting down. Marble was looking directly at him, but his face was covered by the parachute. Skye turned and looked at Marble from a distance. His eyes were filled with a burning and bloody crimson color. She was concerned. Suddenly Marble dived for Trigger at high speed. He got a gun lock. Without hesitating, Marble fired his last remaining rounds into Trigger. Only his seat remained. Trigger had been disintegrated completely. Marble pulled out of his dive and went back to the carrier.

Helicopter pilot: What The heck, Marble?! He was already down!

Marble: (Dead Tone)Someone had told me that this fleet was a home with my friends. He said that if anyone dared hurt anyone here, I would stop them. I simply put an end to my adversary's ability to hurt my friends by taking his life. It's not a kill if the pilot isn't dead......

Phantom: Marble.....

Helicopter pilot: Talk about sadistic

Helicopter gunner: Sadistic? You mean cold-blooded

They all returned to the carrier safely. The commander had come up to greet them personally. He was surprised to see them filled with worry or fear, but it wasn't due to the combat mission. Eagle pointed to Marble, who standing on the elevator with his plane. Marble looked to the side to see the commander looking at him.
