So I’m working on a tank right now. It’s a ww2 American medium similar to the Sherman. Now the only thing I can’t decide on is whether I should use a standard 75mm gun and leave the tip of the tank covered, or if I should use a bigger gun and leave the roof of the turret off, like an m10.
I guess to shorten it up, should it be closer to the M10 or M4 in terms of the main gun?
Thanks!

Thanks! I’ll check it out! @Kreep2knight
@Elicushman Welcome, I actually like tanks a lot so that's why I play World of Tanks. But anyway, you should check out this website called tanks.gg if you have a pc and want to make tanks. They have 3D models for WoT players, but you don't have to register.
Yeah, ok, so 90mm makes more sense. Thanks! @Kreep2knight
@Elicushman 105 was mobile artillery
That’s what I was thinking of somewhat for the bigger gun idea. I also recall a Sherman with a 105mm from somewhere. Either way, thanks! @Diver
Yeah, that’s a good idea. It would be unique enough to make it a fun build. Thanks! @WarshipDude
That’s a fun idea. Never really considered it. I’ll probably end up doing that. The classic 75mm was my first choice. Thanks! @Mastermind1941
90 mm pershing gun
I like to see the 75 more, well even though my preference tank guns (which there are only1 working and 1 WIP) use 88mm, basically 3.5 inch with 3 second reload to get that vibe of what Iron Aemenian said "auto loader, belt fed quick firing 88mm"
Well really its entirely up to you. I personally would think a more traditional 75mm. You could always make two varieties one with the traditional 75mm and one with the open top and the bigger gun.
